Great for those wanting relaxing, boutique style accommodation instead of the big resort experience that is so common in Hawaii.

Reliance on shuttle to go to and from the beach. Also the area - very sterile and planned.

A Perfect Romantic Getaway

The fine grounds and serene atmosphere, and the attentive staff were really nice too ensure we had everything we needed. Special shoutout to the poolside bartenders for their delicious cocktails and fabulous service! My only complaint would be the crowded pool area, which could use some extra space for relaxation.

Very quiet, with pleasant and well-maintained park-like grounds. Refreshingly small size compared to typical Wailea mega-resorts. Spacious accommodations.

Much farther from the beach than expected. Partial ocean view is a joke -- go for the full ocean view if available. Slightly dated feel to the whole complex. All things considered, not particularly great value for the money.

Our shower had very low water pressure. The dining experience was painfully slow, with our order mixed up multiple times. Even after raising these issues, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to rectify them promptly.

1ST CLASS, clean hotel with extraordinary service-minded staff and a poolside bar. Best possible location in Wailea district just off the traditional restaurant, and the beach for the first half of the day. The poolside restaurant on the premises.

The dining options at Hotel Wailea are an absolute culinary delight! The Birdcage and the pool bar serve up some serious local flavors, made my taste buds dance. Don't sleep on that Mai Tai. It's the best you'll find on the island! Plus, the romantic atmosphere and spacious, well-furnished suites really set the mood for a chill getaway.

While everything shines at Hotel Wailea, a few details dim the experience. The gym could benefit from clearer directions and maybe a phone for emergencies-especially with older guests pushing limits on those Peleton bikes! A little more check-in love, especially regarding dinner reservations, would've helped our experience sparkle even more.

If you're seeking tranquil luxury, hotel wailea is perfect! The quick shuttle service to the beach is a blessing, and the garden views from the ocean view lanai are amazing. Don't miss the lovely sunset dinners at the restaurant!

The luxury ocean view suite was fine, providing us with a great view and ample comfortable seating. The staff was friendly and arranged our free shuttle to the beach, a game-changer! We also indulged in a lomi lomi Hawaiian massage, soothing and a perfect touch to our honeymoon.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool area was beautiful, though it could become a bit noisy at times. While the dining was excellent, a few more breakfast options would enhance the experience.

Absolutely fine place with a lovely boutique vibe! The free shuttles to the beach were a lifesaver, and our room was both clean and modern-ideal for our romantic escape. Perfect for honeymooners!

But alas, no complimentary champagne for our honeymoon! What a buzzkill-someone cue the sad trombone!

The pool area was perfect for relaxation, and we appreciated having cushioned lounges and attentive service while we enjoyed lunch by the pool. It was a great experience for a couple looking to unwind and enjoy romantic dinners under the stars in an intimate setting.

Recommend it for couples getaway

The pool area was my favorite, relaxing with a cocktail in hand while soaking in the beauty of the gardens and ocean views was unreal. Plus, the staff were great, I had a little issue with early check-in, but they fixed it right away was great.

Yeah, it was pricey but honestly worth every penny.
